New York’s Maman French Cafe Launches at Casa Linda Plaza in Dallas

Maman, a French cafe celebrated for its luxurious coffee and pastries, is officially opening its East Dallas location at Casa Linda Plaza, situated at 1152 N. Buckner Blvd. #124, where Schlotzsky’s Deli once operated. The grand opening is scheduled for 8 am on Thursday, October 15.

Founded in 2014 by Elisa Marshall and Benjamin Sormonte in Soho, Maman has grown to over 50 locations across the U.S. and Canada. Their first Texas cafe launched in November 2025 at The Plaza at Preston Center, followed by openings in Lakewood and Plano. They also plan to expand in Frisco and Southlake. The Casa Linda location will feature a generous 2,366 square feet of space, accommodating 50 guests indoors and an outdoor patio for 12.
