A new barbecue restaurant named Rodeo City Provisions is set to open in Uptown Dallas by the end of the year, taking over the previous NADC Burger location at 2908 McKinney Ave. The establishment is led by Leo Morales, an experienced chef and pitmaster whose culinary roots stem from a Colombian mother and Mexican father. Morales has an extensive kitchen background, ascending from a dishwasher to notable roles, including director at Barrel & Bones and general manager at Smoky Rose.
Rodeo City Provisions aims to reflect Morales’s heritage through its menu, which offers various barbecue meats like brisket and ribs, complemented by Latin-inspired side dishes. Breakfast options will also be available, alongside affordable pricing for tacos and larger meat plates. The two-story layout will include counter and table service, with outdoor seating adjacent to a smoke pit, and will operate Tuesday through Sunday.
