Cane Rosso owners debut intimate cocktail lounge at The Star in Frisco

The PILF Restaurant Group, known for popular pizzerias in Dallas, has officially opened The Imperial Room cocktail lounge on Friday, October 16, at The Star in Frisco. Located at 3685 The Star Blvd., Ste. 200, the venue occupies the former space of Tipping Cow Creamery, adjacent to Cane Rosso. Jay Jerrier, founder of PILF, expressed excitement about this new venture, stating their long-standing desire to create a cocktail lounge. Inspired by New York cocktail bars such as Juniper Bar, Jerrier aims to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests before events at The Star or as a destination for the evening.

The lounge is a cozy 600-square-foot space that accommodates 25 to 30 patrons and is designed with olive and navy tones, providing a classic cocktail lounge feel. The menu features inventive cocktails curated by renowned mixologist Gabe Sanchez, alongside shareable plates by executive chef Mat Urban. Opening weekend hours are set from 5 pm to midnight on Friday and Saturday, resuming with extended hours starting October 21.
