Dream Center Dallas to offer free groceries and clothing this Saturday

Dream Center Dallas is organizing a complimentary grocery drive-thru and clothing giveaway aimed at North Texas families in need. The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 10, from noon until 2 p.m. at their location at 1900 S. Ewing Ave. in Dallas.

Families attending can obtain groceries through a drive-thru setup, while those who arrive on foot can select clothing items. All supplies will be distributed without charge and available only while they last.

This initiative aligns with the nonprofit’s “Adopt a Block” program, which concentrates on assisting local communities through outreach, clean-up efforts, and the provision of necessary supplies.

Dream Center Dallas expressed through social media, “No matter what season you’re in, you deserve to know you’re not alone. We’re here to love our neighbors and meet practical needs.” The organization is also looking for volunteers to help with the distribution process and encourages people to sign up and bring friends.

Established in 2020, Dream Center Dallas is a faith-driven nonprofit that provides essential resources to underprivileged communities, operating from the historic Gospel Lighthouse Church building. The nonprofit not only facilitates grocery distributions but also offers free clothing, shoes, and personal hygiene products through its Women’s Store. Additionally, services include English language classes, youth programs, addiction recovery support, and collaborations aimed at aiding victims of human trafficking.

Their mission is to create an environment where everyone can experience kindness and love.
