Explore Exciting Events and Freebies at Austin’s F1 Weekend

The Formula 1 U.S. Grand Prix is just around the corner, set for October 22-25 at Circuit of the Americas (COTA). Speed enthusiasts from Dallas are set to invade Austin for a multitude of exciting race-related events and pop-ups. To assist travelers heading down I-35, CultureMap has compiled a selection of nearly a dozen activities showcasing the best offerings of the F1 experience.

In downtown Austin at 800 Congress Ave, the Atlassian Williams F1 Team will host a free Fan Zone until October 24, featuring various driver experiences, simulations, and special merchandise. Also available from October 21-25 at 1500 San Jacinto Blvd, Lando’s Original Service Dept., inspired by 70s garages, will offer Lando Norris fans exclusive apparel. Meanwhile, fans can test their skills at the Mercedes F1 Team Fan Hub located at 400 Congress Ave from October 22-25, complete with giveaways and local cuisine. Other highlighted events include the ‘Road to the Race’ supercar showcase and the Pink Paddock Club’s girls night at The Bungalow.
