Explore These Exciting Events in Dallas This Weekend

This weekend in Dallas is packed with a variety of exciting events rather than a single major attraction. Attendees can choose from five concerts, including a festival-style benefit, six theatrical productions, and three comedy acts featuring prominent late-night hosts. There’s something for everyone, from a dance production to the final days of a noteworthy art exhibition.

Starting on Thursday, October 22, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra presents “Rachmaninoff & Schubert” with conductor Fabio Luisi and pianist Lise de la Salle at the Meyerson Symphony Center. In addition, country duo Dan + Shay will perform at Dos Equis Pavilion. Theater enthusiasts can enjoy performances of “Into the Woods” at UT Arlington and “Sweeney Todd” at The Firehouse Theatre, running through early November. The weekend continues with various engaging activities, including the Main Street Fest in Grand Prairie, comedy from Charlie Berens, and numerous theatrical productions throughout the city.
