Lawsuit filed in death following penis enlargement treatment

The mother of a 36-year-old man from Round Rock has initiated legal action after her son died shortly after undergoing a penis enlargement procedure at AdvancedYou in Dallas. According to the lawsuit, there was a failure to provide adequate warnings about the treatment and a lack of proper medical oversight by a physician.

Last September, Oren Varkony visited AdvancedYou, located at the intersection of Mockingbird Lane and Greenville Avenue, where he received injections of hyaluronic acid— a substance typically utilized for facial fillers. Sadly, by that same afternoon, he experienced breathing difficulties and passed away later that evening. An autopsy identified a hyaluronic acid pulmonary embolism as the cause of death, revealing that the filler had entered his bloodstream, causing blockages in his lungs.

Varkony’s mother has named AdvanceYou and its founder, Bill Moore, in the wrongful death lawsuit due to the injections performed by Moore. Additionally, PhalloFILL, which is associated with non-surgical penile enhancement procedures, is also included in the legal action.
