Pinkies under new ownership

Pinkies, the popular coffee and cocktail establishment located on Cedar Springs Strip, has officially transitioned to new ownership as of today, October 16. PIPTXC LLC, which is managed by Dallas hospitality figures Marc Buehler and Jason Preston, has taken over the venue from its founders, Trey Stewart and Meghan Harris. In a recent press release, Buehler and Preston assured customers that there will be no immediate changes at Pinkies: the team, menu, operating hours, and overall ambiance will remain consistent.

Stewart and Harris, who have operated Pinkies for the past seven-and-a-half years, expressed their gratitude toward the community and staff. They emphasized their pride in having created a beloved space that functions as a coffee lounge by day and a cocktail bar by night. The new owners, described as regulars in the neighborhood, indicated their commitment to maintaining the atmosphere while being attentive to both staff and patrons as they consider any future enhancements.
