The Gem Juice Bar Launches New Uptown Location, Featuring a Disco Ball

The Gem Organic Food and Juice Bar has debuted its third location in Uptown Dallas, located at Rosewood Court, 2101 Cedar Springs Rd., R115, adjacent to Flower Child. Co-founders Leslie Needleman and Mary Kathryn Bass first established the juice bar near Lovers Lane and Inwood, eventually moving to Preston Center in 2013, with a second venue opening in 2015 at Forest Lane and Preston Road. “We call this new location our ‘Hidden Gem’; Uptown customers had been asking for a closer shop for years,” Needleman remarked.

The menu showcases cold-pressed organic juices, smoothies, and wholesome food, prepared fresh daily. The offerings include bestsellers like the Green Glow and Golden Glow, as well as an array of soups, salads, and organic snacks, all crafted with a focus on wellness. The upbeat atmosphere features a disco ball, reflecting the founders’ vision of making healthy living both fun and vibrant. The Gem Uptown operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm, remaining closed on Sundays.
