Tropical-Themed Drive-Thru Beverage Spot Launches in The Colony

A new beverage establishment, Sunfly, is making its debut on Friday, October 16, at 4740 S. Colony Blvd in The Colony. This drive-thru shop introduces an array of tropical-inspired drinks, matcha options, nitro cold brew, and freshly baked treats. Created by hospitality operators Matt Bailey and John Brennan, Sunfly aims to incorporate the spirit of a cocktail bar into a fast and efficient beverage experience.

The menu boasts vibrant drink categories, featuring Nitro Lemonades in flavors like Strawberry Basil and Blueberry Coconut. Their Matcha Clouds blend matcha with fruit cold foam in various combinations such as Mango Tango and Colada Crush. Additionally, coffee enthusiasts can enjoy Java Clouds, which mix nitro cold brew with unique flavors. Sunfly also offers snacks and breakfast items, with a drink and snack priced around $10. The brand’s name and flamingo logo reflect a theme of warmth and escape, embodying the vibe they intend to convey. Alongside the opening, Sunfly will introduce the Cabana Club, a series of weekly giveaways promoting their signature drinks, with further expansion across the Dallas-Fort Worth area planned soon.
